We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes, including attempts to circumvent usage limits or abuse free trial features.
ClearClause offers various pricing options including free analyses, pay-per-document, and monthly subscriptions. All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Paddle.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
New users may receive complimentary document analyses as part of our free trial offer. These free analyses are limited to one per anonymous user, with an additional free analysis granted upon account creation. Attempting to circumvent these limits through multiple accounts, device manipulation, or other means constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Due to the immediate delivery of our digital service, pay-per-document purchases are generally non-refundable once the analysis has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the delivery of your analysis, please contact our support team within 48 hours for assistance.
Subscription payments that have been validly collected are non-refundable.
